The Montana State University track and field team was back in full force this afternoon in Bozeman, Mont. Ty Bermes kicked off the afternoon for the Bobcats, throwing the javelin a distance of 214-00 feet to win the event. Bermes jumped up to number seven on MSU's all-time top ten list and automatically qualified for the Big Sky Conference Championships. Tanner Gambill joined Bermes, qualifying for the championships with a throw of 204-10.
