Irvine, Calif., Jan. 12, 2013 –University of Great Falls distance runner Rico Gutierrez competed in the Kaiser Permanente Southern California Half Marathon.  Gutierrez was attempting to qualify for marathon race to be held at the 2013 NAIA Outdoor Track & Field National Championship Indiana Wesleyan University Track, Marion, Indiana on May 23-25.
